The early learning opportunity that  children are missing

According to the ASER Report, 2024, half the children in Grade 5 in India cannot read a  text meant for Grade 2. The numbers reflect  inadequate early learning, underdeveloped skills and untapped potential during the years when brain development is highest. The learning  gap  becomes a worry for the 100 million parents who see education as a path to success and want to give their children a strong foundation. It’s not for a lack of  love, but a lack of skills, resources and confidence. These are the families and children we’re here for.

Turning every child’s world into a  learning ground

Dost Education’s unique approach begins at home with the understanding that learning doesn’t begin in classrooms. It starts the moment a child is born. A mother’s voice responding to baby sounds and a father’s strong hands are teachers too. With the right skills, every family can accelerate this process. “When caregivers are equipped with the knowledge and confidence, everyday routines like feeding, talking, or playing can become powerful moments for brain development and lifelong learning.” (Britto et al., 2017)
